Biodiversity, the heart that animates our vineyard!

The Alpilles area appears as a typically Provençal postcard on which we have the pleasure to work every day!

This opportunity also gives us the duty to protect as much as possible the landscapes of scrubland and oak forests that surround us.

It is out of passion for this amazing land, and naturally for its conservation and enhancement, that we seek to exceed the demands of organic farming by:

  • conserving hedgerows around our plots to provide habitats perfectly adapted to birdlife and auxiliary entomofauna of crops,
  • planting an oasis composed of several Mediterranean tree and shrub species (strawberry trees, evergreen oak…) along one of our new plantations to respect the ecosystem and optimize its functioning,
  • implementing shelters for snakes and lizards in the form of dry stone piles,
  • placing a beehive between vines and olive trees to gather wild plants that border our vineyards.

A beautiful show can only be made by committed and passionate actors in their profession. If you want to share with us and discover the fruits (or rather their delicately fermented juices), our cellar is open 😉
