The press is talking about it

Paris-Bistrot.com – 22/03/30: But it's with its red wines that this Domaine d'Eole makes an impression. The 2020 vintage has a very pronounced "come back for more" taste! A blend of Grenache (45%), Syrah (45%), and Carignan (10%), it emits a tempting black fruit aroma and its smooth and charming palate of red fruit is superb.

La Revue du Vin de France – June 2nd, 2021: (89/100) This is a finely crafted red wine from the Alpilles region with a beautiful sensation of limestone. Ripe fruit flavors are balanced by a satisfying tannic structure. It is recommended to enjoy this wine within three years.

Le Monde, "Le Monde du Vin" - 20/01/21: Syrah, grenache and carignan blended in a formula that works wonders: this wine has an incredible energy and drive that keeps you coming back for more. It is complex and spicy, with a depth that is just as delicious as it is satisfying.

Le Figaro.fr – 2020/04/24: Order online 15 Provence red wines (from Alpilles to Saint Tropez, our selection of the best southern vintages) - immediate, joyful, tasty, silky, tender, lively pleasure... The perfect companion for our summer meals. 17/20.

Objectif Bien-Etre – 2020/06/12: This tasty vintage has aromas of slightly spicy herbs and a bouquet of red fruits. It is fresh and appetizing on the palate. Eole red 2018 bio will make an elegant pairing with the Chef's dish, a barigoule of artichokes and parsley.

Robert Parker Wine Advocate - 19/05/01: (rating:90 - drink date : 2019-2025) A blend of 60% Syrah, 20% Grenache and 20% Carignan, the 2017 Coteaux d'Aix en Provence Eole Rouge sees no oak, remaining in concrete until bottling. It's floral, peppery and cherry-laden on the nose, with lovely, complex spice notes. Medium to full-bodied, it's silky textured and open on the palate, finishing long.

Valeurs Actuelles - April 18th, 2019: [...] The estate continues to be run by Matthias Wimmer and his team, who are committed to ensuring the quality of the wine produced. The wines have been among the best in the appellation for several years now. Take, for example, the top-of-the-line Léa, a blend of Grenache and Syrah with hints of blackcurrant, blackberry, spices, white pepper, and cherry. However, it's the "domaine" cuvée that truly reflects the winemaker's quality. The 2017 Domaine d'Éole is a great example of this, made from a blend of Syrah, Grenache, and Carignan, opening up with beautiful aromas of blackberries, spices, pepper, and cocoa. It pairs perfectly with a beef rib or leg of lamb. Philippe Richard.
