Aura Rosé: Made from Grenache must fortified with fruit alcohol, Aura combines aromatic richness with balance. This new cuvée comes in a 70 cL bottle with an alcohol content of 18.5% vol. Its bright rosé colour opens with aromas of candied strawberry and candied blood orange. On the palate, it retains a syrupy texture and develops notes of soft caramel. An elegant and mellow mistelle that pairs wonderfully with aperitifs, characterful cheeses, or desserts.
